There is no shortage of consuming urgency to the sound of this UK trio called simply Shopping.
The pediatrician scrambled on hands and knees after the rubber ball. It deflected off the base of the Monument to Fuel Tanker, his imperturbable brass cheer completely unaffected by the collision. Dense arrangements make for some slowly emerging indie orchestral music. Disc 2 is the demo versions of the songs on Disc 1.
"Screaming Females" is a misnomer. There's only one, and not a whole lot of screaming in "Chamber For Sleep (Part One)".
Time has not dulled the edge of this band. "Show Me The Sun" highlights their psychedelic side.
