Electropunk seems to be a fitting soundtrack as the timeline veers towards A Clockwork Orange. As the riot rages on, the line between repetition and riff is trodden on until it's no longer visible, and the crowd surge begins to resemble a dance.
This aggregation of aggressive sounds does not differentiate between rock and electro, juicing thick synth leads with military drumming and a lyrical delivery that wavers delicately between completely disaffected and about to punch your lights out.
Swerving wildly between sweetly melodic and audibly unhinged, this carousel of buzzsaw-inflected ditties definitely whirls too fast, and you’ll enjoy every minute of its glitchy post-hardcore pop magic.
Original psychedelic riff rock is an oxymoron … what matters is the ability to get you off your seat, which this band has aplenty
